LiftSignal may collect business contact details, territory requests, communications, feedback, delivery activity, and account or subscription records.

• Information you submit, including your name, business email, company, requested market or territory, and written messages.
• Customer and service records, including contacts, delivery preferences, feedback, corrections, and access-link activity.
• Invitation-only staff account, authentication, security, and audit information.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, and security or session cookies.

Public-record and research information

LiftSignal works with public regulatory, property, organization, and business-contact information. We preserve source and retrieval details so research and customer deliverables can be reviewed and corrected. A record appearing in a public source does not mean it was provided by the person or organization named in it.

How we use information

We use information to respond to market requests, evaluate coverage, conduct and review research, prepare customer deliverables, provide secure access, collect feedback, administer subscriptions, protect the service, maintain audit history, meet legal obligations, and improve LiftSignal.

Payments

Payment-card information is collected and processed by Stripe. LiftSignal receives operational billing details such as customer, subscription, invoice, and payment status identifiers.

Service providers and disclosures

We may disclose information to providers that support hosting, databases, storage, authentication, email, payments, security, and operational analytics. They receive information only as needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business reorganization or transfer.

LiftSignal does not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

Cookies and analytics

LiftSignal uses cookies that are necessary for secure staff sessions and related service functions. We may use limited operational analytics to understand site performance and usage. We do not use third-party behavioral advertising on LiftSignal.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve source and delivery traceability, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required for security, audit, contractual, public-record, or legal purposes. You may also ask questions or report an inaccurate research record.

Children

LiftSignal is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
